Riding Instruction

Hi, my name is Selina. I have many years equine experience and training, including Instruction, Equine Nutrition, Equine massage and Equine Behaviour.

Whether you are an experienced rider, or just starting out - as a BHS qualified freelance riding instructor ; with over 12 years teaching experience, I travel to clients within my area who are looking for personalised training, with a view to achieveing a relaxed, happy and healthy partnership between horse and rider, whilst keeping riding fun.

With first hand experience of training for both pleasure and competition riding, I encourage riders to understand their horse, and how their balance will influence the horses ability to work, and use his muscles correctly.

I can help you to:

• Improve your confidence and riding technique
• Improve your show jumping through flat work
• Improve your horses way of going
• Develop a sound base from which you can progress
• Understand and work in harmony with your horse
• Improve your seat and balance through work on the lunge
• Fun and games for the children

All lessons are on your horse:

Private 1 - 1 lessons - £18.00 per 1/2 hour
                                         £20.00 per 3/4 hour

Lunge lessons are available for the more advanced rider to improve position, feel and aids application.
