Equissage is the most versatile, safest, surest and easiest way to help our horses achieve 'Peak Form' and sped up healing of most common ailments. This form of treatment is non-agreesive and free from side effects.

The Equissage Pad gives cycloidal massage to the whole horse. Due to the unique action of the therapy, the pad actively improves circulation, eases and tones muscles and promotes lymphatic drainage. Perfect for pre-event conditioning and after event stiffness.

I use the Equissage Hand Unit in conjunction with the Equissage Pad, achieveing more profound results.

A normal treatment takes 30 - 40 minutes. It can be done in his stable, outside, or elsewhere, depending on where he feels most comfortable.

Horses can be ridden straight after treatment, unlike Shiatsu, when you have to wait till the next day.

Equissage lasts for 5 hours, but continual treatments will help long term with common ailments and maintenance of your horse with the stresses and demands that is put on them.

Equissage treatment is for leisure and competition horses/ponies alike. Whether being kept in 'peak performance' condition, or in retirement, the Equissage fits the purpose of helping to keep him healthy and happy.

Travel costs are negotiable if there is more than one horse to treat.

Equissage delivers unique ‘Cycloid’ massage with a hand massage unit, or with a massage pad, easily secured by a breast and belly girth and D rings.

‘Cycloid’ massage was originally developed for humans and incorporates a unique three way massage which helps to stimulate circulation to affected areas and encourages the healing process for common conditions such as haematomas, pulled ligaments and swellings.
